The outdoor area is cozy, with an L-shaped pool built into the terrace and a spectacular view that overlooks the Aegean. The terrace is also equipped with a relaxation area that is connected to the indoor kitchen and it's perfect to chill-out or dine.
The indoor spaces are vibrant and fresh, the contemporary approach is a true testament to the fact that the property was just recently built. The living areas on the entrance level are all in common, open space which include the living room, dining area and kitchen.
Dashes of color here and there contrast with the all-white surfaces giving off an airy feeling. The very same concept is evident in the property's bedrooms, which are all located on the lower level.

This Security Deposit is for security and shall be refunded within ten (10) days of the Check Out Date provided the Guest returns possession of the Property at the Owner in the same condition as the Property has been delivered to the Guest at the commencement of the lease (check in date and time) by the Owner
If the Property appears dirty or damaged upon Check-In, the Guest shall inform the Owner immediately

Smoking is allowed outside only. This prohibition applies to Guest and any visitor, guest or other occupant of the Property.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. No parties and loud music that will disturb the surrounding properties during the time curfews are allowed in the property.
PARKING - Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle holder.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property or its facilities. The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or any other listed guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property. The Owner shall not be responsible for any children or adults hurt.
Guest should keep the Property and all furnishings in good order.
Guest will maintain the Property including the grounds and all appliances, fixtures and furnishings, in clean, sanitary and good condition and repair.
Guest will not remove Owner's appliances, fixtures or furnishings which are integral part of the Property for any purpose.
Guest should only use appliances for their intended uses.
In the event of default by Guest, Guest will reimburse the Owner for the cost of any repairs or replacement.
Guest will not make any alteration, addition or improvement to the Property without first obtaining Owner's written consent.
Pets are not allowed even temporarily on any part of the Property.
Pool: No children under the age of sixteen (16) years of age are permitted at the pool unattended at any time. When using the pool, remember it is advised not to consume alcohol beyond the point that you are fully aware of your actions. Use at your own risk. The Owner shall not be responsible for any accidents taking place at the Property out of any guest's thoughtlessness, recklessness, act or omission.
Outdoor staircase and terrace: The Guest and other guests may use both of these areas at their own risk and with special caution. The Owner shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by misuse of the Property.
Water and Septic: REMEMBER: Water in Mykonos is not drinkable, please use bottle water. The Property is on a well and septic systems. Remember that tap water is not suitable for drinking. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything in the toilet, including toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 5,000 EUR.
Rates concern accommodation ONLY. Sub-letting the property is not allowed in total or partial. In case the Guest wishes to hold a special event at the Property that includes use of the exterior spaces, they hereby state that they are fully aware of the potentially unpredictable weather conditions. The Owner shall not be responsible in case the event is cancelled due to sudden rainfall, excessive wind or hot weather. Any of the above is subject to the island's climate conditions and the responsibility of any additional arrangements or backup options lays on the judgment of the event planner.
