Split into three separate casitas, this Spanish style compound features five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as an additional flex bedroom. Upon entering into the main house, a large, formal dining room with seating for up to ten, from where guests can choose their own gourmet meals before even arriving. This room opens up to the beautiful outdoor living area, and also sits adjacent to the traditional living room as well. Lined with couches and boasting views as well as a flat screen TV, the room is the ideal place for friends and family to relax in air conditioned comfort. The opposite end of this casita plays host to the Master Suite with king size bed, flat screen TV and built in bench leading to the spacious Master Bathroom equipped with large, soaking tub, shower and dual vanity sinks. This single level also has a suite with two twins and a flex room for massage or additional sleeping space. From the home’s outdoor space inclusive of the infinity pool, garden and outdoor living area guests can’t help but feel as though they are on top of the world. This beautiful outdoor living space has a luxurious tent for outdoor meals, covered patio, pool loungers and hot tub for star gazing on the cool island nights.
Just off the left of the entrance to this retreat are two casitas. The first casita has the green suite with a King size bed, while the blue suite has two twins. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a private entrance with a sitting area in front. The second casita has the orange suite with a sitting area and plenty of space to relax or read a book. The hammock off these casitas is the ideal place in which to take a siesta after a nice Spanish lunch.

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
VAT included in the accommodation price
The client has to pay a local tax, which is not included in the price of the villa.
It is 2.20€ per night per adult (=+16 years) for bookings between 1st of May and 31st of October.
For the rest of the year 0,55€ per night per adult (=+16 years).
This tax has to be paid within the second payment
On the day of departure from the property you should check-out no later than 10am. Clients should hand the keys in to our Customer services staff between 10am and 12 noon unless otherwise specified.
It is very important that you adhere to this condition of rental as the efficient functioning of our system depends on it. Failure to do so will result in a 250€ deduction in the return of your deposit
Music, parties and noise:
It is totally unacceptable to disturb neighbors with music or noise. Music pand sounds between 10pm and 9am should be no more than 65 decibels. Parties are strictly prohibited in all properties and should the police be called to the home the client would be held fully responsible for any consequences and legal action against the property. Gatherings and dinners for more than 20 people are also prohibited except in the case of an official event using contracted caterers, waiters and security staff. Any of these actions can result in the cancellation of the contract and evacuation from the property, with the loss of the total cost of the booking plus deposit and no possibility of refund
On the day of departure the property should be left in the same condition as on arrival. It is important to ensure that the kitchen, barbecue and all utensils are left completely clean and in good condition. Failure to do so will incur a deduction from your deposit of at least 80€. This could be more depending on the condition of the property when checked on departure. Extra cleanings can be requested. Please inform us before your arrival if you would like to add this service and we can offer you specific prices
In the case of lost keys (failure to hand in the same number of keys supplied on arrival, including the safe). We are obligated to deduct a minimum of 100€ for a lock change and services of maintenance. If we have to break a safe to open it (due to the loss of the keys/code) this will be also deducted. The amount of gate/alarm remote controls depend on their individual cost
